Our client, one of the leading multinational companies in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the following position:

Accounting Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Ensure the integrity, viability financial reporting processes and systems, including tax, inventory, corporate-control, payment and purchasing data
* ensuring appropriate compliance and usage by performing regular compliance tests and audits
* Provide timely statutory and reporting information to internal and external stakeholders
* Oversee tax, compliance and audit reporting processes and relationships, providing necessary data to internal and external authorities, and acting as a point of contact for stakeholders when questions arise about reporting and/or compliance processes or results
* minimize inventory and production costs by providing collective sourcing and process optimization analyses
* Lead FRA group, managing personnel selection, development and retention processes

Requirements:

* University degree in business, economics, or related field
* Advanced degree in business, economics, or related field preferred
* Certification in Accounting / Auditing desirable
* Significant (5-7 years) experience in auditing, chartered accounting and/or financial process engineering management positions, with record of strong control focus
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent analytical ability
* Strong written and oral communication skills,
* ability to clearly present financial data in reports distributed to stakeholders
* Excellent understanding and ability with ERP systems, as well as relevant financial sub-systems
